NEW guy to the world of Rangers--- having issues with the 99 2.5 I bought two days ago--- I hope to find some help with that

You have a 2.5L Lima engine, Lima engines were made in Fords Lima, Ohio engine plant hence the name.
They were also called the Pinto engine, since first models(2.3l) were used in 1974 Ford Pinto, and were used until 2001
Very reliable engine, had to be or Ford wouldn't have made it for 27 years, lol.
