I was asked what has been done to this truck. The following is the original build and the plan for this one.

1993 explorer dana 35 ttb front axle
1998 explorer Ford 8.8 31 spline disc brake rear axle
axles have 3.73 gears, rear is limited slip
2" eibach coil springs up front
2" shackle in the back

1992 explorer dash, hvac, instrument cluster, & pedal assembly

1995 OHV 4.0L with 1984 Toyo kyogo 5 speed transmission. Swapped to M5od Mazda 5 speed transmission
Both used a 1984 BW 1350 manual shift transfer case

1997 Explorer GT-40 based conversion
ATK crate 302 with Edelbrock performer heads, truck camshaft, full roller/ hydraulic engine, 1.6 roller rockers, hardened pushrods & guides. Stock bottom end, 50oz imbalance (GT40 based)
Dressed in 1997 explorer timing cover and serpentine, accessories
Torque Monster Ranger conversion stainless steel headers, Shorty / Explorer factory downpipes (drivers modified for clearance)

Had to extend the computer harness 3.5 feet to make it to the computer location inside the cab.
