92 Toyota 4Runner Bayonne NJ $3750 106000 milea
I have a 1992 Toyota 4Runner for sale. It is in fair to good condition. It has 106000 miles on it. The body is missing the gas door wich i have. It is developing some body rust wich is pictured...over the rear passenger wheel well. The front passenger side bumper grill is missing. And the 4x4 mode doesnt work wichvi was going to replace with a new tranny but bought another truck.
Title is clean and everything else works fine. Just replaced full suspension with new struts and coils on 2/18/11. It rides great now and doesnt have that sag in the back that most have. Tires have a good amount of rubber left. Was looking to get $4500 but i will take $3750. I think it is fair considering the price of others with 170000+miles that are askin $5000+ for it. Call me at 201-705-6919 my name is Lloyd and im located in Bayonne Nj 07002. Or email me at skillzo19@gmail.com as i am not on here alot. Pics below was taken yesterday 2/21/11 as it was taken off of insurance today 2/22/11

This is what i wanted to hear...i really dont know what to ask.....i know they hold there value above kbb. I dont think you will find one at 3gs with a working 4x4 with low miles like that. Just like the tacomas they run forever. It is not uncommonon at all to see them @ 5 grand with way higher milage. Of course the 4x4 works though.
I am flexable on price though.

Im in FL, for one, so chances are you wont, but aside from that, if its already rusting, then its already pretty much history and going to require a lot of body work to repair, or simply replace, that doesnt even touch upon frame damage itself.
the fact that the 4x4 doesnt work speaks of a poor maintenance history, and finally, the Sr5 3.0l V6 is prone to their headgaskets failing at 170-180k
(my bad, I thought I read it had 170k, I missed the 106K, so disregard my comment about the headgaskets)
honestly, your simply asking way too much for it, at best I dont think you should ask more than $2k due to the rust damage and non-working 4x4.

Thank you for your opinion and i do appreciate it..but i think it is worth more. I will add there is no frame rust or damage and it is a dially driver. Its not like it was garaged all its life...so some body rust is expected from automobiles this old. And ive scene alot worse in terms of rust. Yes there is body rust as pictured but there is alot worse out there. As foor poorly maintened cause of no 4x4...even new things break. If your looking to make the truck a classic..then yes...body work will be a must...but for a dially beater...i think its fair...and again...price is negotable but not for 2 grand.
