'07 4.0L Mustang Engine in a Ranger?
I have no idea if it would, but I highly doubt it. For what that engine is though, if it was ANY more than plug in and go type deal I'd say skip it for something better regardless.

It's amusing the things I read on here when members frequently don't fully understand the implications involved with moving a foreign engine from one vehicle to one of our trucks (or for any modern vehicle for that matter)
Atleast the 01-03 swap is easier then the 04+ Rangers
