1997 Ford Ranger Front Exterior Advice

Looking for advice on two items here.

First of all, trying to find a replacement for a piece on my front bumper between my grille and my bumper (picture attached). The paint is chipped and the piece might be cracked due to an accident that happened yeas back (finally fixing it)

Second, has anyone found any compatible bumper guards for a 1997 Ford Ranger XLT looking online I've found some for Ford Rangers 97 and up but nothing for a 1997.

Advice and help appreciated! Looking to finally get my Ford Ranger in decent shape and taken care of. (97 with only 113k miles!)

Careful!

(I just went through this).. be careful changing your header panel, your emissions sticker is located on it. it’s almost impossible to get a new one and it won’t pass smog if you get the wrong one. (They won’t even test it) I replaced mine with a very nice one from a local salvage yard and didn’t realize that it had a different “family number”. I had to go and carefully remove the original one from my damaged panel.
