I need advice 4.0 sohc swapped into a 2002 Lincoln ls

Needs to be a Rear Wheel drive model Lincoln.
Need the 4.0l and its transmission, and its computer and engine wiring harness
Lincoln LS did use 5R55 trans model same as Ranger, but it won't bolt to 4.0l
Not a whole lot of performance upgrades for the 4.0l SOHC engines
302(5.0l) V8 is about the same size and has loads of upgrades avaialble
