Anyone spray bedliner on their factory bed rail covers/fender flares?

I have the tall factory bed rail covers and they're fading and taking some wear and tear. I saw fender flares sprayed with line x bedliner and it got me to thinking about doing that on my bed rails.. anyone ever done this or have pictures of bed rails or fender flares sprayed?

i did my fenders with spray on bedliner, also did my bumpers. No regrets on doing it, it looks great and if it gets scratched or something i can just touch it up with a few more coats.

I used it on my fender flares (the cheap stuff) and it holds up great. And as Nathan said above, you can touch it up easily.

I used raptor liner up to the body line on my truck. The stuff is awesome. Way cheaper than line x but a similar result. I stand behind it all the way.

If you want something to show texture, I can get it.

If you're decided to use Line-X, it would be better to choose Line-X Premium so that it has UV protection.

I used Dupli-Color Truck Bed Liner in a can on my flares and valence. I simply sanded with 200 grit, wiped on PPG Wax & Grease Remover, then used Dupli-Color adhesion promotor, then shot on the bedliner. The key is being about a foot away from the surface and the sun directly on it to the get the right texture. Not too smooth, not too rough, just right. The roll on stuff I would think would be far too rough on your soft mitt when washing the truck...pulling up fibers and hairs. The Dupli-Color stuff seemed to last quite a while.....recoated after 4 years because of fading.

These are when they were shot...

And before re-coat 4 years later...

^^ I really liked the texture of the duplicolor like Shane and I both used. It has a kinda OEM feel/look to it. Not extremely gritty like herculiner or line-x.

yeah i like the look of all that. i feel like it'll turn from just the fender flares to the front and rear bumper. then if i'm doing that i might as well do the mirrors and bed rail covers. lol

I did my bed, bed rails, and my rocker panels and my bushwacker flares.
Did my rocker panels in red.
Also did my bumper plastics, my door handles and frame in BLACK.
