Hey everyone i just picked up a 93 ford ranger xlt
extended cab 4x4 and the moron before me painted it
With a paint brush just wanted to get ideas and thoughts
About repainting it with some spray on bed liner
It seems to be easier than stripping prepping and
repainting let me know what you think

 

I would just rough the current paint job with sandpaper then spray the bedliner over it

 

Are you talking about the bed, or the entire truck?

Do you have any pictures?

I have seen a ranger with a FULL bed-liner paint job. It was strictly a trail rig though.

It would work, but I'd strip it down and paint it if that's an option.

 

First thing i gotta do is replace a blown gead gasket on the truck i just figured it will be cheaper and a lot easier to repaint it with bed liner plus i think it would help with the salt in winter cuz up here winters just eat your body like a fat kid eats cake
