Can I get some input!?!?

heyy everyone!!

so I've got an '07 REBUILT* regular cab 2wd..
since it's been rebuilt TWICE* my steering wheel options don't work.. I need a new horn, new airbag, nd it seems my cruise control buttons don't work either -_- it absolutely drives me insane!!

any suggestions where i could get it all at reasonable prices??
