I don't know anything about the cost or how to do it, but I bet it would be kinda expensive and it probally would be a little complicated because of all of the angles on the floor.

This would be a difficult and expensive project. It could be done however it would depend on how good you are with metal fabrication. To be done correctly you would have to cut out old floor and replace fully with diamond plate going over the old floor would create and area for more and more rust to develop. You would have to have good welding skills to weld the aluminum. I don't know how to weld aluminum if you do then you have a few steps under the belt already.

Keep in mind a diamond plate floor would create no barrier against road noise. It would look sweet but may not be worth the work and functionality. I think if you are looking for diamond plate go with the floor mats they look sweet and are easy to clean up. Add a set of under dash neons and the truck will really glow if that is your thing.
