im sure you could probably get a 4 door diesel ranger imported from ford in australia or malaysia, or some other foreign country that ford is at. just look at this

I love the idea of a powerful and efficient diesel engine in a Ranger, 4.0L turbo would rock!
But correct me if I'm wrong, if you ever rolled a diesel it would continue to run until it blew up. I think thats why people who off-roading their diesel's are converting to propane.
That is one sweet as Bronco, one of these days I'd like to own an early 70's Bronco and drop a 5.0L FI motor in it as I don't think I could afford to build a Cummins 4BT, and dam that thing is 700lbs, but 28-30mpg!
