Different types or grills

Does anyone make a grill thats not billet or the wire mesh style? Im looking for something different like the ones with dice, skull's anything besides billet. I know it sounds kinda wack but im gonna paint it black anyways and im over billet grills. Thanks

I shouldn't say anything but I have always looked at the newer Rangers and thought a SuperDuty style would be differant. I of course would have to make one out of fiberglass or somthing. and now that I own one..... hmmm?????

I got home tonight and actualled looked at my grill and it as close to the superduty style as you can get... woops... but I was at the Ford dealership tonight as well and saw a plain flat looking grill on an 08 in the lot. So there are at least 2 differant grills out there for the 06-08. I haven't been here anough to know if the 03-05 are the same as the 06-08.

Here is my new grill idea. But instead of the FORD letter being separated I am putting them all in the center peice. I am going to cut the stock grill so the horizontal cross piece is not there any more.

I have a project for someone more creative than i am. how about modding a 3 bar chrome Fusion or Taurus(07-08) grill to fit a Ranger. You would have to keep the outer surround of the Ranger grill, but you could dremel the other to fit in place, little 2 part epoxy, and presto! ok where's someone that can photoshop this on an 06-08 ranger? Bring the Ranger up to Ford's current styling. The only potential problem could be restricting airflow to the condensor and radiator. But photoshop--let's see what it would look like.

I think the grill off of a new explorer or sport track whatever it is would probably work better

Im deciding between these two grill right now and im leaning towards the first one just cuz I want something different tired of seeing 40 rangers a day with billet grills. Also keep in mind that its gonna be painted black.

Those have that chrome that goes all the way down into the bumper cover, yes doable, but i dont know how you could secure it without severely modding the front cover. if you could trim it out and just use the upper portion, that would be pretty stylin thogh.

What about a black billet grill with 2 layers of black gutter guard behind it so you don't see through to the radiator and witht eh factory ford logo installed onto it? That is what I just finished doing with my billet grill and I have to say it looks 100x better than what it did with just the billet grill on and I've never seen it llook that good on a Ranger before. If I wasn't a bum I'd get you pics!
