Im looking to build a new front bumper for my 1990 ford ranger XLT and was wondering if anyone would have some ideas

 

Since you haven't posted any info about your truck in your signature area, I will ask... what truck, 4WD/2WD, auto, manual, size of motor, etc, etc... !

Are you building a Winch Bumper ?

Is it going to have lights in the front face ?

What thickness metal will you be using ?
