Headlight mod?
Well im not a fan of having to wire stuff up for two reasons.
-I hate looking at wiring diagrams -if I mess up its on me So I been thinking instead of this, http://www.octanemotorsports.com/ima...1-1PC-HL-C.jpg what if I did this http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w...n2007/Ahya.jpg and put 05 - 08 F150 head lights in? http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/...dlight-480.jpg Or will they be too wide? Oh P.S. - Im not a big fan of HIDS either lol Well not on my truck anyway |

That bottom portion of the front end is the header. It's bigger than you can see - everything mounts to that. The 150 lights won't fit either without some serious custom work. I'm also going to get the same lights you want (the ones with the halos)

that's rice... but those projector headlights are pretty sweet, who makes them?
|
just leave it stock don't make your truck look gay or try and add horsepower by adding gay headlamps
|
oh i get it! halo's are totally rice!
either way they are sweet headlights... |
There ok but personally i like the factory ones much better. Exspecially with the Black headlight mod :)
|
i would like to see those halo's on a truck, before i make my final decision

compare the 2 side by side and you will see how massive the fittys lights are compared to rangers. i would rather splice a few wires as oppose to hacking up my hood, fenders and grille shell
|
I think the Black headlight mod would be tight!
But those lights (although somewhat ricey) are pretty cool too. What exactly do you have to mess with to hook them up? They should have a harness that hooks right into your factory sockets and powers both lights.... Unless you mean the Halos in which case all you really have to do is splice into the constant power of the parking lamps. or run a switch. |

there will probably need a constant power for what i would think would be a higher draw than the stock headlights, run to a whole new relay setup...

I plan on running the halos and LEDs on my parking lights circuit, no switches needed.

those are not on ebay. lol |
Well basically the same thing... From brazil they are gonna be pretty hard to get ahold of and get in the US though. Unless they are DOT approved.
Blacked out 2 piece |
