Horn button Panel thingy

Im gunna be runnin a couple set of horns...ill have 3 buttons all together..and need an idea on how to mount these things..

I dont want them open for like the passenger to honk so id like it over on the driver side..but really not that big on drilling holes in my dash..so throw some ideas out and lets see what we can come up with

make a alum plate. drill 3 holes finish it as you like. and bend a 90deg on it and mount it to the bottom of the dash

a-pillar. put three round rocker switches in it, and your set.

eh dont want rocker swtiches..i got push buttons cuz you flip it on..it HONKs until you flip it off..and i already got the buttons..

and one more quicky..

what is the part called that is on the door panel that the handle is in..and the locks and window buttons..

no the plastic part that holds all the junk...most people paint them...
