Ya, your right... the water aspect (heating it, chemicals, dumping and filling) could get really costly. I still think it be sweet.
For the majority of the time it will be sitting in the parking lot of my apartment, so i will not be moving it all the time.
Also, thanks to dixie_boysles for the architecture! Greatly appreciated.

as for the sloshing, it would need a clamp down lid on it, if the water level was high enough, it wouldn't slosh at all, and it wouldn't spill...

***UPDATE*** I believe I am going to try and take this project up again!!! I just moved to Los Angeles and will be here for another 2 1/2 months if not longer. I am engaged, and I figured if I wait until i'm married, ill never make this. (I wont be getting married for like another year or so, so i figured that I have some time)
I have been looking for trailers that are for sale. In my initiial plan i was going to use a 16 foot trailer. Now that I have reconsidered, I will be using hopefully an 18+ foot trailer. i need the extra 2 feet so that I can better center the hot tub above both of the dual axles and the extra space off the back gives me added space and access for heater, pump, and the like. But a 16' will still work as well.
Once I find a trailer, I will post pics and update as I go. The only issue i have, is that I do not really have an ideal location to build this, or all the necessary tools. If anyone lives in the LA area and can let me use their garage/shop I will be most grateful and will even let them use the trailer whenever. I can make do with what I have, it's just not all that ideal.
Also, if anyone knows of a good deal on a trailer, let me know. I have been hunting and prowling on Craigslist, Recycler, and ebay trying to find a decent deal on a trailer. I am even considering boat trailers, even though I will have to modify the frame more, they will sit lower and allow the hot tub to be lower on the trailer.
I may have found a trailer, but I am open to all possibilities.
Thanks guys!
Hit me up with all critisism and the like! I look forward to it.

***UPDATE*** More Pics and description of Hot Tub Trailer
Hey Guys,
Ok, so Like I said, im bring this idea back to life, or at least I'm gunna try. I found this trailer for sale and I actually like the fact there is a storgae unit up top. For my trailer, I would probably cut the supports for it in half and actually have it so it can slide up and down and then lock in the position it is in now. It will provide for more cooler storage but also a cover that can cover the hot tub and the seating area.
Here is the design that Dixie Boysl designed for me that was pretty sweet. This is that I want it to look like, just on an 18 foot trailer so I have more room for pumps and heaters in the back of the trailer and so the hot tub will be more centered over the dual axles.
This is just for kicks and giggles, but here is an actual hot tub trailer that I found. It made me laugh:
That all I have for now, but I will keep updating as I get further along and when i get a trailer.
Thanks all!

Photoshop Hot Tub Trailer
To give everyone an actual idea of what it will look like, here is a rough photoshop version of it. Tell me what you think:
The only thing i want to add is a top, like my post above, that goes up and down. Like an ATV rack or a top to sit and put lawn chairs to watch a race. Its in the pic on one of my last posts.

AutoCad of end goal with trailer
Here is a quick drawing i did in AutoCad 2005.
There is the rack on top that Im hoping to add. It will be able to go up and down and act as a cover for the hot tub. Seeing as my redneck self is comming through, I hope to put rope lights under the top part, so at night we will have lights above for ambient lighting.
Let me know what you think!
This is what I am hoping to do:
Same image, just colors are inverted.

lol, i pulled my bike out of the garage 3 days ago... it got up to 6... i negotiated a slab of black ice, literally 6 inches thick, and 2 properties long, and the entire alley behind my house wide, to the t-intersection where it joins another alley (and there was bare concrete) just to take the bike for a boot, as it had been probably 2 months since i even started it...

Haha, so I saw this on ebay, and I know its not a hot tub trailer, but it is that "party gazebo" thing. I still think its pretty sweet and actually helps m figure out the power aspect... Maybe i can fit a TV on my Hot Tub Trailer and be able to power it....

I figure It will mostly be pulled up by a house. I'll just use the hose water to fill it up. For tailgating... Yeah, ill have to have someone pulling a water tank or something. I figure i'll cross that bridge when i have to.
The idea would be to get a bigger truck and have a water tank in the bed. My ranger couldnt pull much more than the trailer the way it is now anyway. Water weighs about 8lbs a gallon... and I only have a 3.0 ranger, lol.
Im open for ideas though.
But yes, this idea is genius. I might rent it out once it is done. I just need to find a trailer for a good price, that is my problem.
