I want the Baja Look
bigger springs in the front
smaller shackle in the rear, depending how the rear is setup (looks lifted) you could possibly take out an add a leaf if there's one in there
you could do a shackle flip.

try removing the rear factory block that will lower it 3 inches in the rear. the rear end is really easy to mess around with i have no worries when it comes to the rear...
or a little money and you can get some poly bushings to add to your coils lift it bout 2 inches or 3. my buddy in high school had em on his ranger... ttb is really easy and much cheaper to lift and do what you want than the newer 98+ rangers... hope that helps.

www.dixonbrosracing.com and www.camburg.com makes some nice kits for the Ranger

if he wants a look, let him get the damn look.
he doesn't HAVE to buy the big buck suspension systems.. and quite frankly i would say DON'T.. maybe there's a place to run a pre runner style truck up in Ohio, but i've never heard of one. if you just want the looks and don't have any plans on actually launching it or running it hard over some rough terrain then there's no need to waste you're money..
the front being up will jack with you're steering like previously mentioned though.
