Ideas on repairing rusted out floor?

The floor board in my truck are in pretty bad shape and i really want to rip out the carpet and bed line the floor. What are some good options for repairing the rust? someone told me to just fiberglass the whole floor and others have said to weld in patches. Whats best?

Or use plywood.. lmao If the truck is worth it to you then go ahead and weld in floor panels. I did that to a van I owned, I replaced the floor pans, and I bed lined the floor.

If you cant find the stock replacement flooring, then you could use some sheet metal from a local supply store.

But as the folks said above, its probably best to cut out the rusted areas and weld in new one.

I would then bedline it or something to discourage future rust.

If you are still around, I could use your help. I have a rusty bed, not sure how bad-plastic liner is still in it.
But I dont weld and would like it patched.
Let me know!! Thanks.
