Mustang Ranger Hybrid

Mustang Ranger Hybrid
I know what you're expecting to see but no I won't post pictures of it. I don't want to see any.
I had thought about this yesterday. the whole issue with swapping newer V8s is mainly integrating all the electronics. At least its the mind boggling part for me. What I thought would be cool is to take a wrecked or salvage mustang, the newer the better, and rip everything uot of the ranger, and put all the internals of the mustang in. that is, the engine, all electronics, computer, gauge cluster, etc. Maybe transplant the whole dash (modified of course to fit) or cut up the ranger to fit the mustang cluster/stereo bezel part. I would have to kind of decide as I go how to do the interior, but as far as all the wiring and controls, I dont see why it would be hard to get it running.
A few issues I though of:
-Integrating 4wd. (is the controls for it tied into the ranger computer or would/can that system be independent? how would a mustang tranny (05+) do in a ranger with 4wd?
-some components like airbags, depending which dash I would use, also steering clumn/ignition might be tricky. would maybe need to do a hybrid combing some ranger some stang to work together. same with hvac system.
Overall I think it would be very cool, I'm aware there would be a lot of custom fab, obvious things like drive shaft motor mounts etc.
the hard part for me would be the electrical stuff, but if I totally gutted the ranger I cant see it being too bad.
It's a project for when my ranger gets upwards of 150-200k though but I am definitely serious about looking into it.
