I'm big on replacing what's broke to justify my mods. If the seats are bad, then go with that first. You said the wheels are getting bad, so there's number two. You didn't mention the condition of the shocks, so I'll put them last for now.

 

You can get seat covers to cover up fugly seats, and keep your customs ones nice and new

 

yup....get the teflons...theyd look badass on ure truck
