Here are the 2, and im sorry in advance if this is your FX4 I just googled it and this was the best picture on there.( if you would like it removed please let me know)

2tone definately. IMO bright colors like yellow and orange look better 2tone to contrast the color. whats wrong the the rocker panel paint? and is it me, or do your stock wheels look like the new KMC moster wheels?

Not enough paint on the drivers side. And then a run in the paint on the passangers.

I'm not sure haven't seen those wheels

is that a recall on all trucks or just your truck? and another reason for 2tone is that you wont be able to tell its been repainted bc theres a paintline in 2tone neways. i wrecked a truck i used to have and had em paint to match and only paint half of the door and there was a god awful paintline.

heres the moster wheels: wheels

i wouldn't unless you had an fx4. it's kinda like being a wannabe. it can look good, but you might have people saying "it's not a true fx4. wtf!?!?" then if you have to sell it down the road, you might have a hard time.

those rims kinda look like ours, only dark grey and 6 spoke with allen bolts.

Why would that make a difference in selling it? Its not liking he's putting the FX4 stickers on it, I doubt people would even say anything.

yea, why would it matter? 2tone doesnt make a bit of difference. you can still get it on anything even if its not in a package. its one of those dealer things, they can have it done for some extra cash. 2 tone doesnt hurt the value like regular body painting does. the reason why is when body painting you can tell that its been repainted, etc. well, on a 2 tone theres ALWAYS paint lines. look at alot of the vehicles around, thats why all 2 tones in the chevys that have the 2nd color in between the main color running down the center of the truck have pinstripes. its to hide that paint line. thats also why they have those lower body lines that stick out and go in towards under the truck. there isnt a pin stripe down there. but now it seems like 2tone has really died out for the most part in the newer vehicles. i bet that if you look at a brand new FX4 150 or ranger you can feel the paintline where the 2 tone meets the main paint. just my 2cents
