Anybody got any night and day shots with them on? I'd like to see how much light comes through when you brake.

they are just right man I just did mine and the 3rd brake light. I did em dark and smoked out the reverse lights too. They look great on my black stepside. Only one problem.......Now I have like 5 people that want me to do theirs.

When I did my taillights on my Cirrus, I loved how they looked from far away, but when you get closer, they didn't have the same shine as regular plastic had.

Also, the light output was DRASTICALLY decreased during the daytime... it's pretty difficult to see when you're braking or turning.

During the night, light output was just ok. wasn't real bright like I wanted. In the end, I used paint thinner and removed everything.

I think someone was asking about legality of niteshade... it's not legal, so be careful.

I did it to mine, not too bad just make sure to scuff it with a scotch-brite pad before spraying.
