Ranger Interceptor-R
Ranger Interceptor-R
Bored at work today, I take out one of the magizines I have handy by the desk, and start thumbing through it. Towards the back of it, I stubled upon a few cool drawing of compact trucks for police use, including a Ranger concept, seen below.
I like it, except the bed is a little bit too short for my taste, and how the roof just kinda bumps up, it could be more of a "graceful" slant upwards. I'd sport one of the Interceptor R badge on my tailgate if I could somehow make it up.
Thoughts?

thats pretty sweet. i dont like the raised roof either, might as well raise the whole roof. i think they should run with that intigrated bumper gaurd as like an option for the fx4's top, that would be pretty sweet
they would need that space for the interior space from that lightbar, and ducking peoples heads in and out if it were used to transport criminals. LAst time i heard 5 was working on trying to put in V10's into the police cars with a turbo setup for max acceleration. Cop cars just dont have the acceration they WANT, when Ford interviewed police officers. In germany and Italy they use Lambo's and Porsches. WTF can we have some?
Lol, we actually have a porche that is a cop car here in OK. Siezed from a drug bust and then sold to Police department, has the ghost lettering that lights up when light hits it with our logo on it. Funny thing is, it's hardly ever used cause they can't afford the insurence for daily driving.
