Ok here's my '03 Ranger...



What do you guys think I should do with the stripe...keep it or remove it? and what is the best way to remove it?

Ditch them, some look good, but those don't. Fingernails of a plastic razor blade and a hair dryer work well.

Almost everyone takes them off. Its really a personal choice. I'd take it off, just use a razor blade to peel off a side and then pull it off. Use rubbing alcohol to get rid of any residue left behind. Be careful when using the blade so you dont scratch any of the paint off.

if you don't think you can get it off don't ; I know a buddy of mine tried to remove his , ended up looking like crap afterward cause he didn't do it right...

There are also cheaper knockoffs you can get au Autozone and such.

that was the first thing i did to my truck was take the striping off, a good heat gun, and some goo gone
