haha wow, looks like im two steps ahead of you guys im actually building a bumper simliar for my ranger, wont as big but i will be using 1/4" plate. the bumper width is 65" and the height from top to the bottom of angled section is about 22" roughly. Here is some pics of a plastercine model i made of the bumper im building. And im building for a heck of a lot cheaper too *student*

Want a bumper? PM me. I will build anything. For any year truck. Just explain in detail the design you want, or show me a picture. I'll get you what you need.

I'm building mine out of 3/16 plate. Going to have room for the stock foglamps. 3/4 plate blocks with shackles attached, etc. It'll have a thick aluminum skidplate from the bumper to the "cradle". Powdercoated semi-gloss black. It'll be sick. Here's a quick sketch...(More the top one than the bottom one.)

Hey guys,go back and look at the first two pics in this thread and check the dent in the tube....those tubes cant be anything more than exhaust pipe!No decent wall thickness tubing is gonna dent like that.If was anything thick it would bent that whole thing out of wack hard enough to leave a dent that big.
