thinking about this for a flat bed

The places in dark gray is where steel will be placed and the light gray in the side view will be where the truck box gets mounted. any comments/suggestions is appreciated good or bad.

First thing is first. Im going to get my rear bumper done. Gotta check the price of steel tomorrow.
