Does anyone have any ideas for tow mirrors on a 1998 ford ranger. Try to replace the stock ones that i have.

 

I don't think there are any direct fit replacements for Rangers
There are several models of clamp on extensions that work

1995 to 2005 Ranger mirrors have the same fitment/attachment to doors, attachment changed in 2006 and up so won't work on earlier doors

 

You can upgrade to 06 mirrors I think there a bit bigger just need a dremel or something of sort to trim tabs off and they will fit ! Can google it bunch of things to show you how to do it
