Nice but to bad it doesn't work for a flareside bed.

 

Same thing a couple bucks at a hardware store can do with a j-hook bolt and some nuts and washers. Maybe not as secure, but it still works.

 

I used to build Truck Trunk tool boxes by Creative Industries and they had a hole in the side of the box and used a C-Clamp (fancy aluminum looking one) to hold them in. We got alot of pics from dealers that customers had rolled there vehicles or other nasty accidents and the box stayed in place. Those tool boxes were built like a tank.
