1998 Part Truck.
4.0 with 200K + miles
Auto, rebuilt approximately 5 years ago.
Tan Interior with Bucket Seat and Center Console w/ sort of a brown arm rest.
Will sell the whole thing or in parts.
Pickup on most part but will consider shipping smaller one.

The price is wide open on most part so make an offer.

The Bed is in good condition, has had a cover on it since new so the interior is really nice, have not been under it recently.

Bed - dark green - $250 picked up and you take it off (I will help).
(Tailgate is rusted out and can go with the bed if wanted but although useable it needs replacing)

Bed Cover, Hard Cover - dark green, needs some blemish work, has worked well (there was a key will check it out) - $150

Center Console - Tan w/ brown Arm Rest - $50 + shipping/Insurance

Bucket Seats - Tan - Driver’s side needs work, back is twisted, both seats need cleaning but are dry and serviceable - $50 for the set.

Hood in good condition - Dark Green - $50

Door handles and small items are available for small charge + shipping/insurance cost; talk to me.

No OHC, nothing else special I can see, talk to me if there is something you want or need.

If you live close to me you might get some of the other stuff for your own labor, come look.

Here’s the pictures of the truck, finally !
Tail Gate is toast, rotted bad.
Damage to left front fender, wife and large trash container.
Bed Hard Cover needs refinishing and Support Cylinders but has been on the truck since almost new.
Bed has had the Hard Cover and Bed Matt (not for sale) in it since almost new, bed interior is in excellent condition.
Interior Tan, has a lot of miles on it.
Center Console is 98 with a 94 Arm Rest in good condition.

 

GLWS, but I hope you have that bed cover in a few weeks. I don't have the cash now, but I've been looking for one. Also, how much for the lower valance? From the pic, it looks to be in good condition, but if there are any cracks or broken mounting points, let me know. Mine got taken out by a big rock bouncing down the highway.

What is the condition of the interior in general?

 

Yes for a while that is.

I am the second owner, it had 200K or so miles when I got it, I ran it for a winter or two and the wife took it over.
She now has another vehicle, a VW EOS and this one is up for sale.

The interior is a tan XLT and although no rips it is showing its age. It could use a good cleaning and the driver's seat needs works as stated above in the description.

The engine runs but not well.
Trans was a rebuilt about 7 years ago.
Tire need air too.

 

So about those exterior door handles. Think they will work on a regular cab? I think painted gloss black they will look great and hopefully last longer than 6 months like all of the cheep replacements i have got. what kind of price are you thinking?

To keep thing honest here, I have had an offer for the WHOLE truck and I am thinking on it.

I will post if the full truck sale falls through.

Also, it snowed last night, only a few inches so far but it is still coming down, that will put a damper on me crawling around taking parts off.

 

Guy decided not to buy the WHOLE thing.

Too cold outside right now to take parts off so this sale is on hold until warm weather comes in.

What type of console? I'm looking for a shorty's mounting bracket and hard ware.

 

Saw your want ad and yes it has a brownish colored shorty if I sell the console parts to you then I am without anything.

I will check around and let you know what I have.

 

Just an update to anyone asking about parts.

The truck is still blocked by a pile of snow and no parts will be coming off until it clears some more.
