Some guys have said they didn't have the little gap with theirs, but it should be simple enough to drop the badges down about 1/4" to 1/2" lower than stock to hit a flatter part of the fender with less curve. I doubt if anyone would notice that small difference unless they measured it

I'm working on a new mod that will allow dual intensity for the led fender plates & led oval rings. Same color, just two brightness levels.
This mod will connect to your parking lights (low intensity) so the led plates will be on whenever your parking lights are on AND connect to your turn signals (high intensity) so the led plates will get brighter/dimmer with your turn signals.
If you DO NOT have your parking lights on, the led's will only blink on/off at the high intensity level.
That was much harder to describe than a video, so I'll see if I can get something put together this weekend for a better demo.
Once I have all the details perfected & have a little "in the field" testing done, I'll try to have a retrofit for you guys who already have these installed so you can have the dual intensity illumination as well.

i agree, awesome new development Bug! i cant wait to get a set of these.
when you guys mention moving the badge down to get it flush, wouldnt that mean dremmeling out or elongating the mounting alignment holes on the fender itself?

ah, not like the other badges... easy enough :) thats great to hear.
cant wait to see the new version bug, please let us know how the wiring will go / work too, wire taps, splice? looking forward to this version!

I'll have to had this to my list of things to buy from Buggman haha. This got me day dreaming about a badge where the RANGER lettering lights up white at night. All these awesome products you're making Buggman is really fueling by LED obsession haha
