I want to buy a clear 3rd brake light. It does not matter if it works, I just want one that is in good physical condition. I'm assuming many of these will be burnt out because of the cheap LEDs they use (and lack of voltage regulation). My plan is to make it white inside with a full blown array of red superflux LEDs so it looks body-color when off and bright bright red when I hit the brakes. PM me if you have one.
