Craftsman Fender Well Toolbox in excellent condition - I can no longer use this with my current setup. I don't believe they make these anymore.

I put the foam on the bottom so the bedliner would rub the paint off of it. It can be removed without any issues.

Yes, it does. You install a piece of metal and then then tool box screws into it.
