You're gonna have to do some leg work for one of those. I used to buy and sell the entire shift lever set, so let me share how I used to find them.
Hop on Ebay and search for 2002 or 2003 Ford Ranger parts. Search for fenders, doors, hoods, anything that the junkyard selling the parts might include a picture of. Utilize the sort options on the left hand side, like Parts and Accessories, Condition and Manufacturer. You'll want to click Used for condition and Ford for manufacturer. That will weed out new parts and non-Ford stuff so you can just view mainly junkyard listings. Many times the junkyards will include pictures of the entire vehicle and not just the part they're selling. Use this to your advantage. Look through the pictures and look for the tell tale signs of a Level II, chrome tow hooks, FX4 decals, Alcoa wheels, etc. Once you've found a listing with a Level II, check to make sure it's a manual transmission. If you see the shifters, call or email the junkyard who posted that listing and see if they still have the truck and whether they're willing to sell just the **** or whatever else you need. Either they are, or they want you to buy the whole set. Sometimes they know what they have, sometimes they don't. Either way, it's worth it because the parts are valuable enough that you can resell what you don't need without much issue. People are obsessed with the Level II's for some reason, and will pay good money for the hard to find parts that make a Level II what it is. Hopefully this helps you find what you're looking for.

Yes, the 04+ Fx4 Level II with the manual transmission did come with the chrome shift lever, but only the Level II (up to 2007, after that it was available on the Fx4 package as there was no Level II), and they're harder to spot due to the Fx4 and Level II trucks becoming more and more similar as the years went on.

Anyway sorry for the rant, but if the shift ball you’re looking for is the stock clearish one from the 06 and up Level II I’d prolly sell mine off. I never liked the feel of it and replaced it with a B&M T-shift handle. It’s a bit dirty and has been in my glove box for quite some time but I could get it out in a few hours and take a pic and post if you’d like?
**** or lever or entire setup from transmission shift fork lever up?

I have an 06 Level II and depending on what you’re looking for exactly I may have what you want. I have the clearish **** which I’d be happy to get rid of as I didn’t like the feel and went with a B&M T-handle. The lever on the other hand, if I may make a suggestion. Don’t get one. They look cool and are a bit easier to shift bs the standard straight ranger lever but they’re expensive if bought from a dealer which in all honesty is the only place to get one new and are somewhere around $325 or so. And the worst part about them is you cannot replace the shift lever bushing in them!!! It’s the rubber bushing that slides over the shift fork lever on the tranny. I am currently working on a solution by trying to use a sheet metal screw near the bottom completely through the shift lever itself butted up to the shift fork lever but I haven’t had success yet as it tends to loosen over time. I will post pics of all I have but I do know I have the stock FX4 Level II **** and would be willing to sell it.
I tried replying to a lower comment and it wasn’t showing up but if it does I apologize for double posting.
Yeah I’ve got a he ****, exactly as the one pictured. I’d definitely let it go as I’ve got not need for it and honestly I’m just not a fan of it lol. It’s been in my glovebox since I’ve had the truck, I bought it a little over 2 years ago. It looks like it needs to be buffed maybe idk. I will take a picture of it here within the hour and post it for you and if you want it still we can talk.

I think there's even a waiting list at the salvage yards for those shifters. I think the only way you could get one is if you bought a complete wrecked FX4 Level 2 at Co-Part of IAA but the Rangers even go for a ridiculous price at the insurance auctions mainly because the Mexicans or Nigerians bid them up so high.
Good Luck!
I don't know if you've been getting my pm's but I still want it.
