Want to Buy: Windshield stalk connector (anyone going to JY?) VA/DC
Well my windshield wiper fluid isn't really working... I am almost positive that it's the connector.. looks like it melted/fried a little bit..
Is anyone going to the junk yard possibly grab this for me... or snip on off there?
I have a 2001 Ranger XLT
After reading I guess the ford Explorer uses the same thing as well.. I saw a post and a 99 explorer should work as well.
There are two connectors on the stalk. On is like a longer triangle connector and then there is the smaller one.
I need the smaller one:

It has 7 wires going to it.
If you are able to get one I ask that you can leave as much wire as possible... IE: Cut as far back as you can rather than at the connector.
Thanks much!

You should think about getting rid of the connector, if not, a new is really the best way.
I know money... but by the time you get a JY piece, clean it up and clean up the male side enough for things to work for a while you could have put in the Splices you were talking about in another thread or replaced with a new connector.
Chk prices on all option before you buy or decide the best way to handle it.
