i have a used set of after market torsion lift keys off of my 2002 FX4. dont need any more because i have put my superlift on. paid $ 80 for them new. Looking to get $50. Thanks

 

I am just curious, I saw a set the other day that were 229.00, how? I mean if you got yours for 80? What is the difference?

 

nothing they all suck equally........

 

yeah none of them are really that great. it just levels your front end out. maybe giving you 2 inches of lift.

So, wait another question? Do you need these installed? to do a body lift (wait another dumb question, wont affect the body lift)! But, if you do a suspension lift it would? So what would it do to a suspension lift?

Also, if you do a body lift (for looks not function) and install these does it decrease the ride of the truck?

 

if you have a body lift the keys wont affect anything. i dont reccomend using these with a superlift. the keys will only give you more front end clearance. if you run 33s and a body lift. you just cant crank the lift keys up all the way like stock t-bar keys. your cv axles will be at too much of and angle and bind up. the lift keys arent too bad to put in as long as you have the right tools and some torsion bar knowledge.

 

But sitting at stock height These will help the front?

 

they are supposed to give the front end 2 inches of lift. but like i said if you crank the keys up too much your cvs will bind up and it will put alot of stress on the front end components.

 

are you willing to travel over the boarder to sell them? haha
