very simple,
i disconnected the main fuse for the abs, i found there are 2 fuses that can be pulled to disable it, but the smaller fuse will also affect the parking brake light and running lights. i believe it was a 40amp under the hood i pulled and it directly disabled the abs without affecting any other systems.

well ive just dropped $1800, and completely changed my tire choice. i ended up going with a set of classic 35x12.5" Pro Comp Mud Terrain's which will be on a simple black steel 15x10" wheel. these wheels will also give me a little more back spacing for my steering, but i should have them by tomorrow or monday. minor trimming is required on the front valance but this set up should really change the look of the truck. overall they are an inch wider and 5" taller then my mickey t's

Sounds good to me, I'll likely end up doing the same. It's be nice to keep the same wheels and everything... how do you find the brakes compared to the dual piston stockers?
I can't find it looking back through the thread, maybe I'm not looking hard enough... but do you have any pics of how the front shaft clears the y-pipe?

My y pipe is a custom contraption lol there would have been no way to clear a drive shaft the way it was. its a pretty easy job. There is a couple pics of the issue I had with it earlier in the thread, I never ended up posting the new set up but you can take a look next weekend. and my front brakes feel as good or better then the stockers.

Does anyone know what happens when a nv4500 and a 302 get put together and put in a ranger? Is there adapters for the 4500 and a 1354? And how about cable or hydraulic clutch set ups? Whats hot on the swap market?? I'm thinking cable for cheap and effectiveness. But are they available still?
