Ive seen floor shift auto w/ manual case...but havn't seen column shift w/ manual case yet. Pics NAOW!!! lol.

 

That's the bracket that you need to make for the 3rd bolt of the diff.

Round up all the parts and I'm willing to help. Provided you know exactly what you need, this swap actually goes by rather quickly. 98 4x4 ABS sensor in the front are compatible with 02 4x2 ABS systems. Also trans wise, there at 2L5...and1L5....they interchange. That's just with the 5r44e though.

well hopefully the 02 ABS system hasn't changed to the 08. ive got a list of what i need, going to start pieceing it together soon, don't know when i'll actually get around to doing it though, money is **** right now, quitting my job tomorrow (got a new one) but some day i just might take you up on that

Ford changed the ABS stuff up in 04. Its a much bigger pain to get a functioning ABS system when doing this swap on the 04+ trucks. It is possible though, 04 EDGE did it.

 

yeah i remember he had a pain in the *** of a time with his ABS light always going on, i think i have his thread saved somewhere with his solution to it.
