2004 ranger xlt supercab

i decided i wanted to learn to build mud trucks so i start with my pos 4.0 v6 sohc 4x4 ranger 5speed manual. wish i did it with a older f150 or 350 but w.e. so far i have installed a 5 inch rough country suspension lift and supporting cv shaft. i replaced all front suspension parts that connected to the knuckle. new front brake lines. I then put 17inch rims with a -12 offset on 33 BF goodrich A/T.. i had to do thermostat after that clutch, flywheel and hydraulic assembly. i just straight piped it from the Y pipe to 2 1/4 inch pipe adapter to a 20° bent to a 2 1/4 inch 8foot long exhaust pipe that i cut n welded a 18 inch resonator in the middle of. ( might add a 90° bend to a tip after that idk yet.)i was dumb and did all that for like 120$ but with 2 1/2 pipe n lost all my power n fuel because the pipe from cats back r 2 1/4 🙄😂 i also did a standard tune up. now currently my next step is to do the timing chain kit so i can drop a stc tuner in so i can then install upgraded maf sensor and throttle body just so i can use the k@n drop in air filter i got. it causes a ruff idle cause the stock maf im assuming cant calculate the extra air or the ecu cant idk im just a rookie here... at that point only other thing to do that makes power and sense price wise would be a electric fan. i then will be doing a 4.88 gear kit in the front and a 4.88 gear kit and locks for the rear axles. unless i can find a cheap rear axle with it done i can drop in. thats about all im willing to put up for this truck power wise. after that i will then do cosmetics. i plan on doing a flat or matte black with a red and white pinstripe straight down the middle. fix the rust. get rid of that ugly light bar and get the oldschool roll bar black and add the led lights to that. side mount tool boxes. i definitely want the longer shift handle with a little bend at the top. and then for a sound system they make 6x8 2ohm woofer cone speakers ima throw in the back and then 6x8 2ohm 4 way speakers in the front and 1000kwat amp and a 7inch double din touch radio

...sick...🤮...

i am new to mechanic work so if u have suggestions tips or questions please let me know. drop a sick pic of ur ride too

It's the 33" tires that made you lose all your power.
