2005 B2300 Build

Just getting ready to finally start working on the Mazda. Well, long story short....I was given a '94 B4000 SE 4x4 with a 5spd manual but the wife couldn't drive it, so I sold it to my daughter's boyfriend and bought a '05 B2300 4x2 auto. Which is a nice little truck and I have a direction I'm going with. Just need to get a new engine for it. Well here are some pics of it in its current condition.

Needs a new headliner.

Finally got off my lazy butt and did something to my Mazda. I've updated the mirrors to the '06+ mirrors. They do look better.

Well it's been awhile since my last post, I was in a small fender bender with my daily (2014 Mazda 6) and that's been taking up most of my time lately. Anyways, my B2300 has some parts ready for install and just ordered the tires for the new wheels. The wheels do need some paint before installing the new tires and center caps. Since I'm going with the vintage look of the B-Series, I think it'll look pretty cool. Updates soon to come....

Thanks, luckily it was a low impact (about 3 mph). But with all the body shops being busy, they won't be able to take it in until February 2nd.

Finally got my headers from MSDS. Took awhile, but they delivered. Now I'm just waiting to pick up a low mileage 2.5 block and have the heads rebuilt.

Finally started working on the Mazda. Got a pretty good deal at Pick N Pull with their 50% off sale this last Saturday. Picked up a headliner out of a 2011 Ranger. Had some cleaning to do, but not to much. Not to bad for $26 at the yard.
