Well it could be worse. Not that bad for the age

 

The bed is actually repairable. I have 2 beds off of wrecked trucks I could cut the parts off of... I'm not going to rig this truck up though. With all power options and 4 doors this truck can be nice...and I have some tricks up my sleeve...lol Stay tuned in.... Here's the bed I'm going to use, it has some dents but no rust...

 

Of course the frame needs painted, at least the shackles and hangers are done...

You gotta love when everything goes as planned lol. I have yet to be that lucky in anything that i may do.

 

I worked late today so I didn't get much done but I got the grey bed switched over to my spare 4wd frame and the white bed pulled out. I should have a cleaning out the spare bed and garage sale...lol Anyway, the bed has to come back off for me to clean and paint the frame.

If I would have had the parts I would have bought this truck. but it looks like it is going to work out great for you. You know I need a hitch and new wiring harness.

 

Its not so bad when you have the tools and some experience. Having parts help too...lol

For a trailer mine is all corroded and broke.
