I just picked up a black shorty console with arm rest (needs the steel bracket from rock auto) and new headlights. going to clean up the console now
I was just kidding about his screwing you haha. What the difference on the shorty consol? Just doesn't connect to the front under the hvac controls?

Damnit...I need a hitch. I did it backwards though...put the exhaust on first...with the tips out of the back. Eventually i'll have to get it re-done and put a hitch on.

I think i might hang on to the full length and sell the shorty console. As rare as they are in black, I put too much time into the full length to want to sell it lol

black vinyl thats textured and looks like leather. Jo-Ann Fabrics, $8.99/yard. same stuff i used on my center console lid. I'll PM you a pic of the numbers if you want. the OEM black cloth wasn't cutting it anymore

If i had a full size truck then I'd need it because i wouldn't be able to reach the passenger side window to roll it down

Sweet ill have to go look. My door panels have full of gravel dust and its impossible to get it out so this should help for sure. Did you take the cloth off or just stretch it over?

I put it over it because the cloth has the padding. I did two layers of vinyl over the cloth. I did two layers on my center console lid as well.
