well it has been started.. heres whats gonna be used

Rear

Procomp 5.5" chevy leafs(installed)
Chevy Shackles (installed)

Front

79 HP Dana 44 narrowed 6"(in garage)
BcBroncos 6.5"+winch coils(garage)
Cage Offroad Tube Arms (Garage)
PSC 1 Ton Steering kit (garage)
Yota Box(sittin in garage)


Odds and Ends that still need to be bought

front brakes
513s
shocks
Electric Lockers when i can afford them
and what ever else i run into..lol

well here is what i got done so far tonight. after i conned my mom into letting me have some garage space.

removed leafs in prep for the chevy springs. im very limited on space at the moment so i can only work on one end of the truck at a time.

Good luck with the Build the Cage arms are BEEF though I seen alot of the used on FS Broncos. They will take a trashing. If you have't picked your springs I like these ones

Looks like you could do with a few minutes with the wire brush and some paint! It's a sweet start though!

why bother? its just gonna be covered in mud again.. then 2 wks after its muddy it will be rusted again.. so umm i dont see the point in painting

i have the stock 79 buckets and im using bcbroncos 6.5"+winch springs from an EB

I like that 1 ton steering kit. That may be in my future. Looks very, very strong indeed.

well got some stuff done tonight but my camera is officially junk.. got the C Wedge wacked off the 44, its now ready for me to cut 6" off the tube. and i got the front spring hangers removed. now i just need to move them forward then wait for my leafs to get here.. then the rear is completely done

well i bought Ball joints today.. and 1 leaf spring came in the mail... other will be here tommorrow

it turned on and i didnt waste any time to take them.. left at whatever setting it was on..lol think i got it figured out now tho

scott make sure the long end of that spring is on the back end of the truck, one end is longer than the other. trust me we found out the hard way.

we have one smart mother f... here. ya im lazy as all hell when it comes to takin my bed off.. i hate lining it back up as im picky as hell on it. that and i could the hanger off w/o takin the bed off so i figure id save some time.


btw look later tonight for the rear totally done pics.. other spring is here
