BTF has some nice stuff! Talk about beef. Kinda disappointed the hole is at an angle, I need to bore it out to 3/4" for my heims but i cant on a drill press, have to go over and use my buddies mill.

Beefy!

You really need to move closer. I could take them to work and have the tool and die makers mill them for you.

Got my high steer arms machined so i could run 7/8" heims, i had originally planned on 3/4" but i had these 7/8s sitting here so why not. Ballisitic is kinda slow so this will work.

I think they should have shipped some longer studs for these arms because that kingpin assembly sucks with short studs.

The knuckle turns a bit hard so I am not sure if its assembled 100% right but we will see.

I was a bit frustrated, I attempted to install the 5.13s but soon found out they shipped a D30 install kit not a D60. So now it sits in more pieces.

maybe by the end of the week it will be reassembled.

The holes are at an angle in the arms so that with a traditional tie-rod like you are using, while straight, the heims are neutral and are not using any mis-alignment.

thanks Jey.

I left them at the 8* angle, just bored it out to 3/4" and then machined the recess to fit my misalignments.

Do you guys have instructions for these arms? I tightened the 4 nuts to 80ft/lbs like you would the caps. it turns pretty hard right now though. any ideas?
