Update Time!
Finally took the day Saturday and made a new transmission crossmember that would allow for my drive shaft to droop without having clearance issues. Bent a piece of 6"x3/8" plate and then bolted to to a bracket I welded to the frame. I Also raised the transmission another 3/4" or so for just a little better front drive line angle
I will say, there's a pretty big flaw in this design. It doesn't allow enough room to let the linkage for the manual transfer case to engage fully. Once I go to put the shaft back on after I get it lengthened, I'll have to cut a notch to allow for it to move.

Progress on the truck has been slow with my daughter being here now. It's crazy to think she's 4 months old already. Finally got the MOOG offset ball joints in. It wasn't far enough out for me to warrant rotating the knuckles for 4degrees. Taking it in for hopefully the final alignment on Tuesday. Also working on final prep for Dwntyme show in Vero Beach again.
Then here's a sneak peak at the newest addition to the driveway.
It was time for the wife to get a new car and we finally decided on something we both liked. Got her a 2017.5 Nissan Rogue. Dealer paid off her POS Edge and we drove away in this. Its pretty loaded with the tech package, navigation, and heated leather seats. Biggest thing I love is that it gets 30+ MPG highway, when the Edge only ever got about 23.

I guess its about time I let everyone know about the big change that just recently happened. I know I said I would probably never do it, but I did.
The topper is currently off the truck. I got a steal on an aluminum roll up cover that i have kinda always wanted. Just thought I would try it on for a bit. And I have to admit, I am in love with the truck all over again.

Hey, Dewey
I've been looking over your build thread and I probably missed it, but what front leaf springs are you using? I've been working on researching Solid axle swaps using 78-79 ford bronco axles and most people who end up using bronco axles end up using coil springs. But honestly Id rather using leaf Springs. Thx man

I am thinking one of the newer Apps / GPS Radios w/Rear View Camera too, but the bad reviews were killing me because I have always been a Pioneer Guy.
I wanted to bring the little Truck's Audio up to date !
Trucks looking good.

For what it's worth, I've been very happy with my Pioneer AVH-X5700BHS double din. It has all the features you're wanting.
