I don't like them so deep, If I could get some like Andy posted I wouldn't mind a set for my new truck, I really like those.

Those are MY rims!! I don't have as much "dish" mine is more centered for lack of technical terms. Good choice! They are inexpensive and look great! How much did you pay for those wheels? I think I paid $80 or $85 each. I even have a 5th fullsize matching spare!

Good luck with the build. Let me know if you have any questions. I see that you are thinking about the Explorer 8.8. Do you already have one lined up? If not you may want to consider an F-150 9.75 axle. Full width works great with the Dixon front end and you get 34-spline axles rather than 31-spline. Speed sensor and drive shaft flange are plug and play. You may need to check your new wheels for rotor clearance since the 9.75 axle uses 13" rotors. The main hurdle with this axle is that it uses an F-150 bolt pattern. I had my axles and rotors redrilled to 5 on 4.5 (cost me around $175).

for now I'm going to just go 8.8 because I have one layn in the garage. Otherwise I would go bigger, after I get the front and rear setup I will tweak and add things as the summer goes on.

Thanks!,I'll for sure ask you any questions as they come about.

So 15x8? Is the bare alum part clear coated? If it's not that would look badass polished!

I am selling my motorcycle this week or next and just need to save up a little extra bank over this month. then I'm hoping to get the kit in april and the rear kit too. Plan is to work my *** off the end of april and may and be pretty setup for the dunes trip.

yeah, tucked in isnt a factor since my suspension is all about pushing out. I wanted to make sure when i get glass I dont have to factor in the extra rim/tire width.

got the rims/tires mounted so thats out of the way. I threw them on just for the hell of it. They look goofy from the front and back cause they are pretty tucked in, but will look good with the kit on.

Waiting sucks, doesn't it? There is so much that I want to do to my truck, but everything takes time and money. Mid April is not that far away.

Or you could just be like me... order all the parts and let them sit your garage getting older. Man I need to stop being such a lazy bastard.
