The only way to seal them correctly is using this. You can run a bead of silicone along the lens/housing mounting surface around the whole light afterwards though
OCI Butyl Rubber Glue

If they leak after I seal them I will defiantly order this.

I'm officially out of this thread before I see a shopvac filter being used during an oil change.

Now that's an idea. We could probably duck tape a Can of beans up there too

Just man up and cut the hole. It's not hard to do. Might as well since you already drilled holes in your roof lol

True.. it won't look right and wont sit flush unless you cut the headliner. You just stick the mounting plate up there and trace it. Pretty simple and there are how-tos on how to do it.

Much better. Now you just need to do something about those corners. Do you have a picture from farther away?

So far so good on the headlights not leaking. Still haven't gotten around to getting a picture. I've been busy with work and my side project

Does anyone have any experience with LED headlights? I wanted hids but for the same price I can get led. Is it worth it? Are they better than a 5 or 6 Kelvin hid?

Where are you looking for HID's? They are relatively inexpensive. Look at DDM Tuning: HID and LED Lighting

If you get hids you should really look into a retrofit kit. That way you won't blind and **** off oncoming drivers.

I'm not a fan of the 5.0 swap. If I did a full swap it would be a 4bt.

Come on, from all your time on here you haven't learned 5.0 is cheaper than anything associated with the 4.0 in terms of building up?

^ thanks. I'm hoping to get one here in a few weeks and I'll be saving up for the kit.

I got my 06 corners apart and will be painting thrm tomorrow.

Rear axle question!
I am going to upgrade to the 8.8 with disc brakes but my question is do I get a limited slip or get an open diff and weld it up? I'd love to get a locker but it's not In the budget now. To many projects already started.
