Noticed this after Exhaust Manifold dropped out of the way...


PCV Valve went bad and spewed crap-loads of oil in the intake system over time....


The Next 3 are of the Cylinder head....

 

So I found a 2.3 w/ ALL ACCESORIES and 62K miles on it for $550. Trying to get it procured and hopefully if things go right for once, I can drop her in and get her running again!!!!!

so what kinds of problems did u have?

 

I had posted the actual problem over in General Discussion (with a link to this one for the pics).

 

I am almost completely done unbolting the engine from the Tranny. I have the 3 or 4 bolts for the Torque Converter to do and the ground wire on the engine. I can then bolt the old Head back on with the engine hoist bracket and I can hoist her out of there.

I got the new engine today. It only has the Alternator on it so I am going to be putting my accessories on her, along with the following:

Timing Belt
Timing Belt Tensioner
Water pump
Thermostat
Upper / Lower Radiator Hoses
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
BOTH coil packs since the other is missin one
the oil filter (Puralator Micro filter) since it is brand new; never run
The Complete Intake manifold
All Upper gaskets, including head gasket.
