Icon4 Need Help With 3.0 to 4.0 Swap

Alright, lets start off by throwing some info at you:
Original Truck: 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0l Automatic 4x4
Donor Truck: 1998 Ford Ranger 4.0l Automatic 4x4
End Product: 2000 Ford Ranger 4.0l Automatic 4x4

Now the reason for the 4.0 swap is simply because the 2000 Ranger was hydro-locked by the guy (Good Friend) I bought it from. The donor truck was cheap due to bad front end frame damage but it ran and I drove it into the garage just fine. I swapped over the 4.0 motor, Transmission behind the 4.0, Transfer case, and Wiring harness in the engine bay (w/ ECU). I am just now getting everything put back together and I only have a small hand full of things left. Its well past the point where it should try to start and have some power to accessories(Dome light, Headlights, etc.).

What I need to figure out.
-I am not getting power to anything, not even to the dome light. Nothing works. I think it might be because I changed out the ECU and the engine bay harness. I am wondering if I would have to do some kind of re-syncing to the computer. Any help that you guys might have for me would be greatly appreciated. if you have any questions please ask. Thank you for taking your time to read this and if you would be interested in pictures just let me know.

The charging system and body electrical functions are part of the chassis harness. The engine control harness is separate, and does not contain anything that would affect power to the body electrical functions. Those are controlled by a GEM module mounted in the dash behind the radio.

You need to start with the basics first, fuses and relays. If all of those check out, make sure the bolt in the center of the pcm is tight, and that the connector is 100% secured. From there, it's a matter of going from the battery outwards to make sure your electrical system is getting voltage. Also pour over any grounds that were disconnected during the engine swap. Let us know what you find.
