Hell yeah, thanks. I'm sure I can find some thick plastic or rubber sheeting to use.
Any good ideas on gap guard material??

Thanks, I know it right.
I'm painting up the grill and stuff today to match the headlights I got ordered. As far as the bumpers go, its time to start designing up some sexy pipe bumpers.
I'll probably be cranking the t-bars this week and see how well those 35's fit!!!

I'm gonna be using pipe. Probably 1 1/2" Sch 40. I can get it for free and welded up for free. So if I bend them all up I can just make some new ones. I think it'll be alright, it's pretty stout stuff.
Never been a big fan of those but them do look good on ur truck!!

Thanks.
I painted the grille up yesterday and it looked damn good. Drove the truck to work this morning and a rock or something chipped the paint in one spot :( Time for touch up already!

I don't know about that, I remember reading something about that stuff not being able to bend easily or something.

Yeah, it doesn't bend as easy with that hard seam in it and will kink if you're not careful. I'm just gonna have to be easy with the bender.

I'm gonna put them on Friday. I've still gotta crank my t-bars to clear them and then go get it aligned.
They fit like stock, didn't have any problems.

I put them on right after I did the body lift and they are gonna rub more then I like. I probably would of just left them on and cranked last week but I want to get everything aligned up so I'm not tearing up my new tires. Hopefully cranking the tbars will give me the clearance I need.

Alright, I got the tbars cranked up last night, got 2 1/8" out of them and left about a 1/4" of the bolt uncranked, and got my tires mounted. No rubbing issues as best I can tell.
This thing is sexy!!!! I'll get some pics when I get a chance.
