You dirty old man. Nah just kidding. I get what you're trying to do. You want a bit of a smoother ride and straiter take offs when you're racing. Oh thanks for the link you gave me in another thread man it was badly needed. So you're moving. Where to if you don't mind me asking?

You might want to find a 2003 Edge model. They already have the torsion bar set up and converting to coils would be easy on that model, but knowing you the way that I do you never take the easy way out. L.O.L.

Mount welded to the axle. Not seen ion the picture are the 2 right-triangle gussets I added for strength.
Curious as to why you would have a double-sheer mount on one end and only a single-sheer on the other?

Otherwise lookin' real good D.

Makes sense now that I see the explanations. Thanks for clearing that up.

Nice lookin' truck D.

Maybe this question has already been answered, but I've been trying to figure it out. I noticed in your profile you're running an Explorer block. So you mean you're not running the same 4.0 in it?

One more question for you D., does having this installed affect body roll/weight transfer, under/oversteer or the rear lifting under braking?

I've been conjuring up a similar design, however I plan to do some light autocross next year and wouldn't want anything to contradict itself.

Thanks again, Kyle.

Oops. Sorry dude. You've had so many ranger mods and models that I forgot which one you have. Sorry about that man. The moving thing: kool. I don't don't blame you at all for that. We all get raped when comes to taxes. Your project is looking good. makes me want to start mine now but can't just yet. Waiting on some parts.
